Chinua & Bayarmaa

By Martin Nuza – Moon Drake producers are humbled and grateful to present to you Episode 1.6 (Asian Continent). Once again, Martin has touched our hearts, our minds and our spirits through his newest creation, “Chinua & Bayarmaa.” It is a story set in a most intriguing and remarkable place, Mongolia.

Throughout the storyline there is cultural wisdom and an adversary to conquer – there’s illegal poaching and also love… But the greatest lesson in this tale is a battle within for this Mongolian huntress. It is the hardest choice of all, to let something go – something that must be free.

Personally, I absolutely loved the power of this story, the colorful culture and traditional beauty portrayed through the characters and their relationships – all presented in the backdrop of this mystical place. I believe children will fall in love with Chinua and her golden eagle!

Over the next few days, watch for Episode 1.3 by Mark Rickerby, and other episodes coming soon. We are working to bring this rich series to children and adults around the world, to spread the wisdom from the earth.

Arundhati’s Voice

By Martin Nuza – Moon Drake is so grateful to have talented and creative writers working currently on Season 1 & 2 of this important series. As episodes are finished, we want to share their essence with you. So, most recently, Martin wrote a masterpiece for Episode 2.5, called “Arundhati’s Voice.”

While the environment creates difficult challenges for the earth, which we address in many episodes, the human condition, the spiritual health also creates challenges that must be faced.

Arundhati’s Voice, will truly lift and enlighten you and your children. It is built around the unique and charismatic culture of India (Asian Continent), and the plight of young girls and their freedoms.

While this is a sensitive issue, Martin has created a most beautiful story that teaches us, lets us cry, brings us joy, builds hope for reaching dreams and leaves us with the light of undying family love.

Watch for more episodes as the weeks progress. We are working very hard to bring these powerful and vital stories to the entire world.

Waya & Two Wolves

By Jane L. Fitzpatrick – The Moon Drake story, Waya & Two Wolves, has been an evolution… As a screenwriter novice back in 2013, living just outside the bright lights of Los Angeles, palm trees and movie stars, I had an idea. Yes, I was there to somehow get my film about Sacajawea produced, but I was writing other stories, too, developing concepts and learning the Industry.

One of those ideas was Moon Drake Series. I knew I had to have a story written as an example to pitch. That’s when Waya & Two Wolves was born. I wrote the beginning and the ending of the story… but it wasn’t the right timing yet to bring it to the world, for I didn’t know the middle.

Then Sacajawea began to take off a bit, and I put the Moon Drake project description and screenplay in a box. I pursued opportunities in New Mexico then back home to Washington State. In 2021, partially due to Covid and avoiding a film set, the idea of Moon Drake and animation began to stir again…

Last week I finally finished the story of Waya & Two Wolves, from the N. American Continent, episode 1 for Season ONE. Our Native American consultant, Delwin Fiddler, is reviewing the Cherokee elements to bring credibility to the story, as well.

This is a story about the importance of the choices we make. It is a story about protecting endangered animals of the earth. And it is about being open to the answers of life, through Indigenous Wisdom.

WE ARE REACHING FOR THE MOON!!

Season 1, Episode 1 – Waya & Two Wolves by Jane L. Fitzpatrick

Episode 1.1

Waya, a 13-year-old boy, is not strong because he is arrogant. He is expected to be a warrior of his People, but every beat of his heart pumps with fear and anger, and he is easily swayed by an older, rebellious friend Jistu. But when Jistu puts Waya’s twin sister, Woya, in grave danger, the young warrior must make a choice. His grandfather from Spirit World, comes to him in the forest to bring light to his bondage. He shows Waya how to realize his own power, if he will choose to accept it – if he will get out of the way.
